Please fill out the following form below with the quantity of each print or card-type you wish to order. This information will be relayed to me, and I will send you a confirmation of your order via e-mail with the total cost (shipping, taxes, etc.) and mailing information. Once I have received payment (cheques will need to clear the bank), I will e-mail you another confirmation e-mail with a parcel tracking #.

 

Note that GST will be added to Canadian orders (no sales tax is added, since Alberta has no sales tax).

 

Prices and shipping/handling information for cards are below. These prices are a little higher than credit card purchases, as the handling time is much greater (e.g. processing cheques). Note that shipping is now included in (shipping via FedEx is extra).
